ABOUT HANSEN

A senior copywriter in advertising, Marie Hansen has played a pivotal role in scaling the Global Goals World Cup (GGWCUP) from 3 to 20+ tournaments worldwide since 2017, promoting women's soccer and social good. In 2023, she co-founded the Impact League.

Her passion extends to co-owning Detroit City FC and founding HANSEN AND SPORT LLC (November 2019), launching shoptheball.com in collaboration with EIR Org and Majken Gilmartin.

She holds a Master's degree in Political Science & Communication from Roskilde University. Based in Detroit, USA.
